If your country is not eligible for direct international shipping, you may still place an order by using a package forwarding service, such as Rakuten Global Express.

Important Notice for Shipping to Indonesia, South Korea, and China
• For Indonesia: When shipping to Indonesia, it is mandatory to include the 15-digit Tax Identification Number (NPWP).

• For South Korea: A customs clearance code (PCCC) may be required for deliveries to South Korea.

Shipping to Hotels in Japan
If you would like your order delivered to a hotel in Japan, please set the desired arrival date as your check-in date when placing the order.
Please note the following:
・The arrival date can be set up to approximately 10 days from the order date.
・We do not offer long-term holding of items.
・Most hotels cannot accept packages that arrive before your check-in date.
・If the package is returned due to early delivery, your order will be canceled.
