■ Shipping Method International shipping is available via EMS (Express Mail Service)only. Once your item has been shipped, we will send you a Tracking Number via email. ■ Shipping Fees Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country/region and the total weight of the package (including packaging materials). After you place your order, we will send you an email with the final shipping fee and total billing amount. Please review and confirm your approval. ■ Customs Duties and Taxes Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the shipping fees or the total payment amount. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

■ Estimated EMS Shipping Fees (JPY) ※ Shipping fees are determined by the destination country/region and the total weight after packaging. ※ The rates below are for reference only. For the most up-to-date rates, please check the Japan Post EMS Price List. ※ Actual shipping fees may vary due to rate revisions or other updates. ※ Rates are subject to change without prior notice. ■ Package Weight Product weights listed are estimates. The actual shipping fee is calculated based on the total weight of the package, including all shipping and packaging materials. While we measure weight carefully, minor discrepancies may occur due to packing methods or materials. Please note that we do not issue additional charges or partial refunds for any differences in estimated versus actual package weight. Thank you for your understanding.

■ Suspended Shipping Destinations We are currently unable to ship to the following countries. Please note that any orders placed from or addressed to these destinations will be canceled. 1. France Additionally, please be aware that orders may also be canceled due to international or Middle Eastern political situations. We appreciate your understanding.

■ Important Notice Please note that updating your registered address in your Rakuten member profile after an order has been placed will not apply to that existing order. If you notice an error in the address entered at the time of purchase, or if you need to request a change, please contact our shop directly before your order is accepted and processed. Depending on our shipping schedule or current operating status, we may not be able to accommodate requests to change the delivery address once processing has begun.

■ Returns and Refunds Conditions for Accepting Returns We strictly do not accept any returns or exchanges for customer convenience (change of mind). However, we will accept returns or exchanges if the issue is due to our error, such as a product defect or damage. In Case of Incorrect Items or Defective Products: If you receive an incorrect item or a defective product, please contact our shop directly. We will resend the correct item as soon as possible at our expense (free shipping). If a replacement item is unavailable due to out-of-stock situations, we will issue a full refund instead.

■返品・返金について -返品を受け付ける条件- お客様都合の返品、交換希望は一切のご遠慮をお願いしております。 ただし、商品の不良や欠陥などの当社が原因の場合は、返品や交換を 承り致します。 【注文商品の誤送・商品不良がある場合】 商品誤送・商品不良がある場合、当店までご連絡下さい。 送料当店負担でにてご注文商品を再度お送り致します。 商品がご用意出来ない場合は、ご返金等でご対応致します。
