About compensation of EMS.
If you need to request the compensation to your postoffice by product lost or damaged in transit etc....
First of all, please contact us by email for let us grasp your situation.
And please do not throw out your recieved product also the packages, (If your product was damaged by transportation, you need to submit the broken product to your postoffice.).
Then, we start request for investigation dossier to our postoffice.
Also, you must submit a"Damage report " to your postoffice by yourself on same timing as ours.

you will have the possibilities of receiving compensation If they've considered
the results of this survey proper. But, once again, please remember, we are not going to pay for the loss or resending our products in any cases.
